It’s a good thing Klum has been getting some rest since the holidays may become stressful in her household this year.

This will be the first Christmas that Klum will celebrate without Seal, whom she split with in January after seven years of marriage. It is unknown how the pair’s four children with divide their time during the holidays.

The German beauty has since been dating her bodyguard, Martin Kristen, and recently gushed about how well he fits into her children’s lives.

“They like him very much. This is also one reason why I'm so fond of him. He's been helping me for four years now,” she told German magazine Bunte last month.

Somebody obviously less averse to bodyguards is Heidi Klum, who has basically now admitted that she's banging her long time bodyguard, the dude with the tattoos, but insists (counter to Seal's claim) that she only let the bodyguard into her inner body after she was completely split from the Kiss from a Rose singer. As TMZ first reported, Heidi is considering filing a lawsuit after topless photos of her were printed in France. Klum is peeved because the photos were taken at her home, on a private beach.
